Visas

Most Summit attendees will require a visa to enter Indonesia. It is the attendee’s responsibility to check visa requirements and apply promptly. Eligible travelers can apply for an e-visa here.

Attendees from Nigeria should consult their chapter leadership for guidance on the calling visa process.

Note: Stanford Seed cannot process registration refunds less than 30 days before the Summit. If an attendee is unable to secure a visa within this window, they will not be eligible for a refund.
